- HOW MANY TIMES CAN I USE THE PASS IN A SINGLE DAY?
- The Annual Pass allows the registered passholder to play one round of 18 Holes of Crazy Golf per day subject to availability and T&Cs. The pass can be used at our Bar multiple times in a day for snack & drink purchases.
- IS THE ANNUAL PASS THE SAME PRICE FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN?
- Yes, originally we did plan to have a slightly higher priced Annual Pass for adults – but this idea was scrapped to keep Annual Passes one low set price for everyone irrespective of age.
- HOW DOES AN ANNUAL PASS WORK WITH YOUR PACKAGES?
- The Annual Pass is not valid against any of our packages, or combo deals.
- CAN THE SNACK & DRINK DISCOUNT BE USED BY NON-PASSHOLDERS IN MY GROUP?
- So long as the pass holder is present, any non-passholders in the group can also take advantage of the 15% discount on snacks, drink, and shuffleboard. The only exclusion is on our packages and combo deals.
- CAN I LET SOMEONE ELSE USE MY PASS?
- No, the pass can only be used by the photographed/named passholder – any use by someone other than the registered passholder will result in the annual pass being suspended without refund.
- I HAVE ALREADY BOOKED FOR GOLF, CAN I UPGRADE MY GOLF TICKET TO A PASS?
- Of course, speak to a member of our team on the day and they can upgrade you to an annual pass for the price difference from your ticket.
- ONCE I HAVE MY ANNUAL PASS, DO I NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE ONLINE WHEN I WISH TO VISIT?
- During peak periods we require you to book in advance with your pass online . Simply select the ’18 Holes Annual Pass Holder’ option on the bookings page, and be sure to bring your passes with you on the day.
- HOW DO I PURCHASE AN ANNUAL PASS?
- Simply click here to purchase your Annual Pass online – select the ‘Annual Pass’ option in the ticket selection. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to collect your card at the booked date/time.
- WHEN DOES THE 12 MONTH PERIOD START?
- It starts from the day the actual physical card is issued at the venue, not when you purchased it online.
- I’VE LOST MY PASS, CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT?
- If your pass has been lost, stolen, or damaged – a replacement card will be charged at £2. Passholders will require a physical pass to be able to access its benefits.
