The Caddies Christmas Experience is back for 2023 with plenty of new surprises. Our one of a kind immersive experience starts with a truly magical festive show for all the family in our Christmas Theatre, before venturing into Santa’s Grotto where you’ll witness the awe-inspiring moment of Santa appearing from the fireplace.

The experience sells-out every year, so booking in advance is essential – tickets are now on sale.

The Experience

• All New Festive Show
  

  Experience our magical Festive Family Show in our themed Christmas Theatre. Venture on a magical journey to save Christmas, as this show blends magic, laughter, and special effects to create a truly unique show that has received glowing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ reviews every year.

• The Magical Moment
  

  Children will be entertained by our Elves with fun & games and can also visit the Snowcaves (a snow themed ball-pit) whilst they wait to see Santa after the show (wait times vary between 5 to 45 minutes on average). Once it is your turn, your family will enter Santa’s Grotto where you will get to experience the magical moment of seeing Father Christmas appear from the Fireplace.

  After his grand arrival, your family will enjoy a private meet and greet with Santa – each paying child will receive a soft toy from Santa at the end of their visit, and each meet and greet lasts for approximately 4 to 5 minutes on average. You’re welcome to take your own photos and videos of your time with Santa.

• Christmassy Crazy Golf
  

  Make it a full festive family fun day out and book a ticket for a round (or two) on our Christmas themed Crazy Golf Courses – these can be played either before or after your Christmas Experience. Not included in the standard ticket price.

FAQ

IS EVERYTHING INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE?

Your Christmas Experience includes the Show, and seeing Santa – the Crazy Golf is not included. If you wish to add this, it can be done for the exclusive discounted rate of £5pp (usually £7.95 per adult and £6.95 per child) at checkout.

HOW LONG DOES THE EXPERIENCE LAST?

The show lasts for approximately 20 minutes, this starts at your booked time. Afterwards, you will experience the joy of meeting Santa in his Grotto and seeing him arrive from the fireplace, each meet and greet with Santa lasts for approximately 4-5 minutes. Please note, there will be a wait to see Santa after the show finishes, this varies with the average wait time being 20 minutes, but can be up to 45 minutes in some instances. Whilst waiting, our Elves will keep everyone entertained with fun & games and NEW for 2023 children can venture into the snowball ball-pit.

DO CHILDREN GET A GIFT FROM SANTA IN THE SANTA’S GROTTO?

Paying children will receive a Soft Toy gift from Santa, which has a retail value of £5.

ARE PHOTO SOUVENIRS AVAILABLE?

We won’t be taking or selling up-charge photos at the event, instead we invite you to take as many photos of your own – so bring your cameras to capture those magical memories.

ARE ADULTS REQUIRED TO PAY FOR THE GROTTO?

Yes, we charge a separate adult and child ticket – this is to provide families with fewer adults attending than children with a fairer and better value pricing structure.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE ARRIVE LATE?

If you arrive late for the Christmas Experience, you will miss the show and potentially parts of the experience. We strongly recommend aiming to arrive with plenty of time to spare, and perhaps play Crazy Golf beforehand as an additional buffer.
