PARTY PACKAGES

Packages do not include a host, it remains the responsibility of the parents/guardians on-site to supervise all children whilst at the venue.

🚨 Minimum of 8 children required for a party package, and a maximum of 15 children. If you arrive late it will mean some of your activity times will be shortened. AMAZEBALLS requires children to wear socks at all times whilst in the ball pit. Cordial Jugs are exclusively available for the below pre-booked Kids Party Packages only, and cannot be purchased in-venue.

*Reserved table area is for self-catering your party. We do not offer any food as part of the package. You can bring your own cake and food, but drinks would need to be purchased from the in-venue bar. All packages are self-catering, the responsibility of food safety, allergen dissemination, and hygiene is that of the party organiser – venue staff cannot assist with any food distribution, handling, storage, or contact. Table reservation may be split across multiple tables, there is no guarantee that it will be one singular table. Cordial Jugs are exclusively available for the above pre-booked Kids Party Packages only, and cannot be purchased in-venue.

FAQ

DO PACKAGES INCLUDE A PARTY HOST?

Packages do not include a party host, our team will be there to ensure a smooth and funtastic time – but parents/guardians will be required to supervise children at all times whilst in the venue.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM PARTY SIZE?

Minimum of 8 children, and maximum is 15 children due to the size of the party area.

CAN I BRING TABLE DECORATIONS?

Yes of course, the only exception is confetti which we do not permit – but banners, balloons, etc are fine.

CAN I BRING A CAKE?

Of course – you can put a cake on your table. You’re welcome to bring your own food for party guests, but drinks must be purchased from the in venue bar.

DO ADULTS NEED TO PAY?

They would only need to pay if they wished to partake in the activities, if they’re just spectating or relaxing in our bar area – then there’s no need to pay for any attraction tickets.

HOW LONG DO PARTIES LAST?

Our Kids Party Packages last anywhere from 90 minutes to 120 minutes depending on the package.

CAN I AMEND A PARTY AFTER BOOKING?

Yes of course, you can add or remove people (permitting it does not go below or above the minimum or maximum number of children permitted), and change the date/time (subject to availability) up until 7 days before the party date. After this point, the party is locked in – but in the event someone is unable to attend at the last minute we can offer vouchers or credit for another time. No refunds.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE LATE?

Parties cannot be delayed, if you start late it will mean your activity time will be shortened.

IS ANY SPECIAL CLOTHING REQUIRED FOR ACTIVITIES?

AMAZEBALLS requires children to wear socks, no entry is permitted to anyone without socks (socks can be purchased in venue for £1.50). Sensible footwear is required for the Crazy Golf.
