HOW MANY TIMES CAN I USE THE MEMBERSHIP IN A SINGLE DAY?: You can use your membership to play 18 Holes of Crazy Golf once per day that we are open.
HOW DO I RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP?: Memberships are auto-renewing, and will renew each year – you can turn off auto-renew via your online account or by contacting us.
DO MEMBERSHIPS WORK AGAINST PACKAGES/BUNDLES?: Memberships are not valid against any packages, bundles, or other offers.
CAN THE SNACK & DRINK DISCOUNT BE USED BY NON-MEMBERS IN MY GROUP?: The discounts can only work for the membership holder.
CAN I LET SOMEONE ELSE USE MY MEMBERSHIP?: No, the membership can only be used by the registered holder, a photo of whom will be taken on their initial visit (we may take an updated photo from time to time to ensure the photo remains current).
I HAVE ALREADY BOOKED, CAN I UPGRADE MY TICKET TO A MEMBERSHIP?: Contact our customer service team, they can assist with this.
CAN I PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP IN VENUE?: Memberships can only be purchased/signed up to online.
CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP EARLY?: By purchasing a membership, you’re contracted to a minimum term period (annual is 12 months) – it is not possible to cancel the membership before the minimum commitment. Once the minimum term is completed, your agreement is a rolling (annually) – and can be cancelled at any point thereafter.
